LET’S WORK TOGETHER!
Specializations
The work we do here is not about fixing what is broken, but about creating a safe, deliberate space to understand your internal world and build a softer, more sustainable way of moving through it

Adolescent Psychotherapy
As young people navigate changes in identity, relationships, independence, and academic demands, they may experience challenges that can feel overwhelming for both themselves and their families.

Depression & Low Mood
When sadness, emptiness, or a lack of motivation persist for weeks or months and begin to affect daily life, they may be signs that additional support is needed.

Group Psychotherapy
Group psychotherapy offers a unique therapeutic experience where personal growth unfolds not only through self-reflection but also through meaningful interactions with others.

Anxiety & Stress
If you recognise yourself in any of these questions, you are not alone. Stress and anxiety are natural responses to life’s challenges and uncertainties

Life Transitions & Identity Changes
Life is shaped by constant transitions. Some are the result of personal choices, while others arrive unexpectedly, disrupting our sense of stability, our daily routines, and the way we see ourselves.

Couples Therapy, Relationships & Attachment Dynamics
Couples therapy provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where both partners can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and needs.

Trauma & PTSD
Events such as accidents, abuse, violence, loss, medical trauma, childhood adversity, or other overwhelming experiences can continue to affect a person’s emotional wellbeing long after the event has passed.

Burnout & Emotional Exhaustion
When prolonged stress is left unaddressed, it can lead to burnout—a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion that develops after extended periods of chronic stress.
I BELIEVE IN THE INTELLIGENCE OF YOUR FEELINGS
Every symptom carries a message. Our work together is to listen with curiosity, not judgment.

THE APPROACH
Systemic Psychotherapy
We do not exist in isolation. Every thought, every wound, every pattern of relating was shaped within a web of relationships — family, culture, history, language.
Systemic psychotherapy works with this understanding at its core. Rather than locating the problem inside a single person, we look at the larger context: the dynamics between people, the inherited stories, the invisible loyalties, the unspoken rules that govern how we love, work, and suffer.
In practice, this means we hold a wide lens. We notice not just what you feel, but where those feelings live — in the stories passed down through generations, in the roles you were given before you could choose them, in the spaces between yourself and the people who matter most to you.
Change, then, is not about fixing what is broken. It is about expanding what is possible
